There are two living rooms, and a dining room that seats 8-10 where your group can gather and interact with each other. This is our primary residence so you will have everything you need.
This spacious duplex offers an open floor plan with plenty of natural sunlight. We have 3 bedrooms (all new beds and mattresses), 2.5 baths, two living rooms, office, kitchen with a gas range, dining area and a deck with Weber grill.
Two bedrooms have king beds, one bedroom has a queen. Extra guests above the advertised 6 could sleep comfortably on our sofas in the 2 living room areas or on blow up mattress in 3rd floor room or other area of choice. You will have everything you need to cook during your stay with our fully stocked kitchen. You will feel truly "at home" during your stay!
It is centrally located in the heart of Eastport’s charm, mere steps from countless pubs, restaurants and night life. 15-20 minutes walk (1.2 miles) from USNA Main Gate. 1 block from the water taxi which will drop you off in the heart of downtown Annapolis.
The first floor is an open floor plan with a brightly lit kitchen/dining/2 living areas and a lovely patio and backyard. There is a half bath off the sun-room.
On the second floor there are two cheery bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The office on the 2nd floor has a 5’ futon. The third floor is a large open room with a king bed (plus plenty of room for an air mattress or two). Air mattress can be set up in LR, sun-room and 3rd floor bedroom.
Wireless internet available. There are 3 TVs, one in the living area and one in the master bedroom, and 1 TV in the additional bedroom on the 2nd floor that are all connected to cable with access to your Amazon, Netflix favorites.
Staying here during Commissioning Week, or other USNA weekends and events, will guarantee you being in the middle of it all, but you'll have your own quiet oasis tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. Cozy up on the front porch and watch as the whole neighborhood prepares for such an amazing, quintessential Annapolis time of year! We are an Air force family and would love for you to rent our home!!!

Metro to Washington, DC; BWI Airport 30 minutes away.

Bike, run, walk, ice skate (in winter) in the serene 300 acre Quiet Waters Park just 2.3 miles away from the front door. Enjoy a sports game at the Navel Academy, window shop through Historic Annapolis or hop on a boat.
